Multiple check images are printed on plain paper for inclusion with customer statements.  ImageChex32 prints the customer statement followed by the associated check images.  Banks using image technology have reported postage savings of 40% or more.  Laser printing of statements and images allows the statement and check images to be printed with one pass.  The bank controls the number of images per page and front/back image printing for both credits and checks/debits, and these parameters can be different for EACH customer.  Now, statement preparation simply requires separation by account and placement in an envelope for mailing.  Also, statement information can be sent to customers on CD, diskette, or e-mail, and the bank has the option to print the actual statement to send along with the electronic statement.

Statements can be printed in account number or zip code order.  Priority accounts can also be established.  These accounts can be printed first to ensure that customers who need their statements first are always serviced first.  Printing progress can be monitored in the left window shown above.  When statement printing volumes required more than one printer, ImageChex32 automatically divides the statement accounts between the various printing workstations.
