User Group
|
A user group has been established for customers of C&A software and item processing solutions. The group elects officers and holds an annual meeting in the Spring of each year. These meetings provide a venue for users to learn about industry trends, new item processing hardware offerings, software enhancements, and creative uses of implementing various solutions to solve the problems encountered in the item processing environments of banks of different sizes. The meeting is held in Kansas City, a centralized location with easy and inexpensive access for most users. Software enhancement requests are always accepted, but the annual user group meeting provides an interactive format where users can openly discuss the operation of the software and make suggestions for improvements to meet the needs of their specific environments. The 2005 meeting featured a full day of discussions about Check 21, the experiences of banks already sending image cash letters, and the opportunities and challenges presented by this new legislation affecting the financial services industry. The 2006 meeting was held on May 18th and 19th, at the Embassy Suites Kansas City, 7640 NW Tiffany Springs Parkway, Kansas City, Mo.
